We always take the greatest care in packaging our product so that they are delivered safely to your door, however we do not take any responsibility for any breakages that may occur during transit.  If by some chance your item is damaged during transit you must contact us straight away – please provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.  Please have the damaged packaging and product available to take you your local post office if an insurance claim is warranted.

All payments taken through this site will be taken through Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer in Australia and or a valid credit card, your receipt will be issued from PixiesPatch PL  ATF the PP Trust.  PixiesPatch PL  ATF the PP Trust will be the name that will appear on your credit card/bank statement/paypal account for any purchases taken through this site.
 
If paying via Direct Bank Transfer please make sure you put your name and invoice as the reference for the transfer.  Your items will not be shipped until payment has cleared and this can take up to 5 working days depending on the financial institutions used.  If payment for your order has not cleared with 3 business days you will be sent a reminder email and if payment is not cleared at the end of 5 business days your order will be automatically cancelled.  
 
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it you must take these steps:
1 Contact us through the website secure contact page within 48 hours of receiving your order outlining the concerns of the product.
2 Return items in their original condition to us within 21 days of contacting us.  Please include a copy of the correspondence information with the return so we can match your order.  Returns address – Energy In Balance, 9 Palm Avenue, Coolum Beach, Qld 4573 Australia.
3 Once items are returned we will review the order and then authorize a refund, replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Returns Due to Postal Issues
Where monies have been outlaid by Energy In Balance (PixiesPatdh PL ATF the PP Trust) to pay for post and the item is then returned unclaimed, Energy In Balance will give the buyer the option of what to do:
1 Pay for postage so the item can be resent. or
2 Refund the order part of the order and retain the Postal component in order to cover out of pocked postage costs.
