Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it you must take these steps:

1 Contact us through the website secure contact page within 48 hours of receiving your order outlining the concerns of the product.

2 Return items in their original condition to us within 21 days of contacting us.  Please include a copy of the correspondence information with the return so we can match your order.  Returns address – Energy In Balance, 9 Palm Avenue, Coolum Beach, Qld 4573 Australia.

3 Once items are returned we will review the order and then authorize a refund, replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Lost Orders Once Delivered

Returns Due to Postal Issues

Where monies have been outlaid by Energy In Balance PixiesPatch PL  ATF the PP Trust trading as Energy In Balance) to pay for post and the item is then returned unclaimed, Energy In Balance will give the buyer the option of what to do:

1 Pay for postage so the item can be resent. or

2 Refund the order part of the order and retain the Postal component in order to cover out of pocked postage costs.
