Shungite Powder

Shungite Powder is Shungite that has been finely ground up and can be used in any number of ways.  I will be putting together a video series on my favorite ways to use it below – so stay tuned for more informational videos coming soon.

Shungite/Comfrey Pain Relief Cream

Please make sure you test all of the ingredients and the finished product before use to make sure you don’t have a reaction.   All of the ingredients are tested with beneficial natural products for external use.

Recipe for Shungite/Comfrey Pain Relief Cream

This can be used to relieve all types of external pain:  Arthritic, muscle and bone repair, and stiff joints and aches.  Try it on any external aches and pains and see the difference.  Please avoid using internally or in any area where the skin has been broken.   The 2 base ingredients are Comfrey Cream and Shungite powder is essential from there you can add further ingredients as you want  – I find the whole recipe to be the most effective.

• 1 heaped teaspoon of Shungite Powder (you can purchase this here)
• 1 Jar of High Herb Potency Comfrey Cream 100 grams
• 1 level teaspoon of Hemp Seed Oil 
• 7 drops of Australian Bush Flower Essences – Emergency Essence or Rescue Remedy

Mix all ingredients together in the Comfrey Jar and store with the lid on tight  Rub on the painful area as needed to relieve external pain. 

Please note that the Shungite powder will turn the cream silver/grey in colour and will leave particles of Shungite visible in the jar and on your skin when used.  Leave on for at least 5 minutes and then wash of black residue if needed or leave on the skin as long as possible for greater effectiveness.
