Business Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and I answer all messages in the order that they arrive – I try and answer messages as soon as possible during work hours (1-2 hours usually) however sometimes this can take up to 24-48 depending on current order workload.  Thank you for your understanding during these very difficult times.
