History Mythology Information Amethyst Cacoxenite: Amethyst Cacoxenite was first found and described around 1825 in Brazil and was said to be a stone that had a combination of seven different minerals in it: Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Rutile, Goethite, Lepidocrocite and Cacoxenite and occasionally Hematite inclusions were also found. Recently the stone has also been known by ‘Super 7’, ‘Melody’s Stone’, and ‘Sacred 7’. This is due to the fact that Melody the famous Cryptologist trademarked these names and made the ruling that only stones that came out of her mine in Brazil could be called or sold by any of these names listed. All stones sold under any of these names will have the same mineral composition and energy, so no matter what the stone is called if you choose to work with it, it will still have an amazing vibration and is one that is well worth exploring. ‘Super 7’, ‘Sacred 7’, and ‘Melody’s Stone’ are not trademarked as crystals within Australia.
