We are all beings made up of energy, this is not some modern new age concept this is scientifically proven.
However, before that proof came to light medical practices from countries around the world have been using energy-healing methods for thousands of years. China’s ancient belief in healing using meridian points for wellness is more commonly seen in Acupuncture Practitioners in modern society.
Our physical bodies are made up and function due to the electricity that runs through them, if we have blockages in these pathways then they affect the way we feel and function in everyday life. By bringing our energy into balance we feel healthier and can cope with the stress of modern-day much more easily.
Because we are made of energy we all give off a vibration, as living beings our vibrations change and fluctuate, this is due and affected by the ‘mood’ we are in. If we are holding a low or negative vibration such as anger or hate we will feel down or depressed and this leaves our physical bodies open to illness. On the flip side if we are in a more balanced vibration and feeling good by holding joy or love we can more easily live life to the fullest and enjoy ourselves. One of the aims of this site is to bring you an awareness of what vibrational state you are in and how you can change or raise your personal vibration through the use of Crystals so that you feel better and can live life to the fullest.
I have been working with crystals and white light energy for over 30 years. Over that time I have had the privilege to have one on one training with 5 healing practitioners as well as doing countless studies on the subject to enable me to fine-tune my skills so that I can best help you feel better and more in Balance.
